December 23rd Menu

Confession time….I spent most nights this week baking, shopping, or doing both.  Therefore cooking dinner took a backseat.  I am currently devouring a bag of microwave popcorn that Greg made for me,  because otherwise I probably wouldn’t have stopped to eat!  I did find time to make the New England Clam Chowder on Monday night and it was very good.  

I included a sample Christmas/Christmas Eve menu.  We are usually traveling all over the place, but I tried to include some of the dishes that we typically have.  For the cookie assortment, I use the recipes that I included in the past few weeks such as: toffee bars, cut-outs, peanut blossoms, and reindeer mix.
